We served as a sub-contractor in the role of HVAC Mechanical Contractor responsible for the installation of mechanical equipment in this new 30-story luxury residential building in Manhattan. The equipment included central boiler plant, central chiller plant, roof top cooling towers, 4 pipe fan coil units, and HVAC system for an underground garage.
While working in a very high traffic urban environment posed issues getting deliveries made and manpower up to the necessary floor the project met schedule and budget goals.
